This is an award with lots of activity! Physical activity - as the Juniors practise athletic skills.

Every Athlete needs to obey the rules and train hard if they want to win a medal. Discover the rules, training and prize that God has for those He loves.

Challenge your young people to greater fitness and to be awarded with a laurel wreath for breaking their own personal best record.

Incorporated in the programmes is the watching of a DVD about Eric Liddell.
